Challenge Sport Well-Being Workshops
Year 5 took part in challenge sport well-being workshops.
This week year 5 had a sports mental health workshop. During the time, we held discussions about perseverance, positive mindsets, leadership, behaviour when being a good winner and a good loser. All the children engaged really well and managed to learn and explain how our approach to situations and the emotions we feel can impact our success at tasks and growth as a person if dealt with using a positive mindset.
