Careers
Why work for us?
Our staff are kind and dedicated. They work hard every day to make a positive difference (both socially and academically) to the children and families in our school community.
We have four school rules: be safe, be kind, work hard and love learning. Everything we do at Beechfield relates to these so that our community is responsible, confident and successful. Our children behave well, they listen carefully in lessons and want to learn. They are kind, well-mannered and respectful.
We know relationships with our children are key to achieving success and our nurturing ethos underpins everything we do. Everyone cares about the children and does their best for them. Our children make amazing progress and we have been in the top 5% of schools in the country for progress by the end of Key Stage 2.
We are proud of our school and our community. We have children, staff and families from all over the world who we nurture and treat as individuals ensuring everyone can achieve their very best.
We warmly welcome visits to our lovely school so you can see and experience it for yourself.
